The Smoke on the Water BBQ Festival, Kelowna’s signature festival to start off the summer, is back!!!
Sunday June 20th, 2010 (11am – 6pm) – Caretenders Inc and The Highlands Retirement Residence are proud to present the 4th annual Smoke on the Water BBQ Festival
The Festival provides a family oriented community event showcasing Kelowna’s scenic downtown waterfront and the culinary experience of barbecuing.
Come enjoy:
- The WTA Financial Entertainment Stage showcasing local professional entertainment
- the inaugural Tabasco Restaurant Challenge
- a “Southern Style” BBQ competition with four main categories: Pork Shoulder, Ribs, Beef Brisket, and Chicken.
- a KidZone area to engage and entertain the younger attendees to the festival
- The BBQ Marketplace – featuring an eclectic mix of food and retail vendors
- Festival Beer Garden on the beach
