What makes the BBQ Festival unique?

The “Southern Style” BBQ competition portion of this festival is a sanctioned BBQ competition in BC under the Pacific Northwest Barbecue Association. Competing teams travel to attend sanctioned BBQ competition winning prize money and acquiring points based on their results, which will enable them an entry in the World BBQ Championships in Kansas City.

For 2011 we are expecting at having over 25 registered teams providing the overall winner of this years BBQ competition an automatic entry in the World BBQ Championships in Kansas City.
